Ten renowned chefs will be spending the week in Palmer learning the art of sausage making and charcuterie with François Vecchio, master “Salumiere” and Nate Burris, owner of Mat-Valley Meats. They will break, bone, and trim farm-raised pigs from Terry Van Wyhe of Kenny Lake.
Dozens of the best classic recipes will be made, served, and tasted for your pleasure and enjoyment. Accompaniments and beverages will be provided by Alex Papasavas, owner of Turkey Red.  Beer and wine $5.00.

Thank you for your patience! New Growlers & Pint Glasses have arrived at the brewery and are available at our tasting room "The Growler Cache".
We have heard that the use of glass growlers by beer patrons is estimated to have stopped over 1 billion cans and bottles from going into the trash each year.
Special thanks goes out to our customers Ryan and Devin who volunteered to lend a hand to help unload the freight truck! Now that is supporting your local brewery!
