Benefits - Gaming Permit
The GPCC owns a gaming permit which can be used for
your business or non-profit group. A letter of intent of
use needs to be submitted to the Chamber Board for
approval and prior to use. A fee of 10% of the proceeds
will be collected for usage. A primary permit holder
is named along with an alternate, which will need to
take the state test if they have not been a permit
holder prior. Alaska State gaming laws and regulations
apply.
Permit Usage
guidelines
The President will sign the permit and designate
funds used. If different than the previous year,
